Presumably the new installation on the east side of Montague Place is intended to offer some degree of shelter.

The caponies on top are placed east and west whereas the prevailing wind and rain drive north off the seafront, straight up towards Liverpool Terrace.

So the architects must visit Worthing or is this another ‘artistic feature’?
